Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what his planned timetable is for publishing the Birmingham Commissioners' latest report to the Secretary of State.

The Government plans to publish the latest report from the Birmingham City Council Commissioners, together with a response, as soon as practicable. The report will be considered in line with the usual arrangements for statutory interventions before publication.
