EU DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2026/322 which amends certain Articles of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/687 and certain Annexes of that regulation is directly applicable law in Northern Ireland. Paragraph 10 of the EM sets out the impact of those changes. It came into effect on 12 May 2026.
