Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, whether he has made an assessment of the potential merits of raising the existing cap of £450,000 for homes bought in London under the help to buy scheme.

The Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme closed to new customers on 31 October 2022.
