Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Statement of Changes to the Immigration Rules (HC 194) of 2012-13, what plans the Government has to undertake a review of the Rules and publish a report.

The Immigration Rules are under continuous review and we make changes regularly to ensure they continue to work appropriately in the national interest.
