Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether he has made an estimate of the number of (a) private companies and (b) overseas investors that collect rental income from student accommodation.

We do not hold information on private providers of student accommodation and have therefore not made an estimate of either private companies or overseas investors that collect rental income from student accommodation.
