Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 18 April 2018 to Question 135452 on Overseas Trade: Occupied Territories, what criteria the Government uses to distinguish between Israel and the Occupied Territories under UN Resolution 2334.

We distinguish between the State of Israel within the 1948 armistice lines and the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967.
