Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, whether officials of his Department have met with Ahrar al-Sham in Syria; and if he will make a statement.

​We have no current contact with Ahrar al Sham. However, officials have had occasional contact with their representatives in the past, as such contact was used to press the importance of a negotiated political settlement to the Syrian conflict.
