As set out in the answer provided on 20 January 2021 to the Hon Member’s question 138396, European Union State Aid rules no longer apply in the United Kingdom, and the Department is considering the implications of the new subsidy control regime in regard to the Building Safety Fund and will be providing an update to applicants shortly. In the interim, we continue to process applications to the Building Safety Fund and allocations are not on hold. Funding decisions being made will adhere to the new subsidy control regime. Details of allocations from the Building Safety Fund for the period up to 15 January 2021 can be found in the Building Safety Fund Registration Statistics at www.gov.uk/guidance/remediation-of-non-acm-buildings#building-safety-fund-registration-statistics .
