Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to section 39 of the Land Compensation Act 1973, whether his Department provides funding to support local authorities in their duty to rehouse residential occupiers displaced by a compulsory purchase order or housing order.

MHCLG does not provide specific funding in respect of this function.
