Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 8 February 2023 to Question 133625 on Employment Tribunals Service, what was the mean age at disposal of (a) single claims and (b) multiple claimant cases in the latest quarter for which data is available.

The mean age of disposals for single and multiples claims is published and can be found on the following link: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/tribunal-statistics-quarterly-january-to-march-2021. The data is only available up to March 2021.
