Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether he plans to take diplomatic steps to secure the lawful arrest of Anne Sacoolas in the US or any other country she may visit; and if he will make a statement.

This is a tragic case. The Government has been doing everything it can to support the family and get justice for Harry. We are disappointed with the US' refusal to extradite Ms Sacoolas, which we feel amounts to a denial of justice.

We have already raised the case with the Biden Administration.
