Public Health England and NHS England are not currently aware of any formal complaints raised with the programme in relation to screening appointments not being sent out from National Health Service trusts since 2013. Any potential concerns about the Breast Screening Programme that should have been heeded earlier will be considered as part of the independent review that the Secretary of State has commissioned. Records prior to 2013 are not centrally held.
