Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, if he will undertake an assessment of the impact of the Town and Country Planning (Discharge of Local Planning Authority Functions) (England) Regulations 2026 on the powers of local councillors.
