Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what assessment his Department has made of the effect of the non-consensual sex exemption in relation to child tax credits on the safety of women and children in Northern Ireland.

The Government does not consider that this exception will impact on the safety of women and children in Northern Ireland.
