Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in what circumstances a jobseeker participating in the Work and Health Programme can be made subject to a sanction.
This question was answered on 3rd May 2018
A participant in the Work and Health Programme can be sanctioned if they fail to participate in the programme or fail to apply for a vacancy notified to them by their provider without good reason.
