Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, how much of the grant to local authorities under the Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme will be reported as ODA; and how he plans to (a) itemise and (b) report to the OECD ODA-eligible spending.

The Homes for Ukraine tariff is paid quarterly. ODA eligibility is calculated against projected spend.
