Data on adults who are obese are published by obesity prevalence rather than the number of adults who are obese.

Health Survey for England records adult obesity prevalence figures for England and the London region on an annual basis. Data from 2010 to 2016 are available to view here:

https://digital.nhs.uk/data-and-information/publications/statistical/health-survey-for-england

The Public Health Outcomes Framework provides estimates of obesity prevalence in adults aged 18 and over at local authority level, including London boroughs for 2015/16 to 2016/17 which is available to view here:

https://fingertips.phe.org.uk/profile/public-health-outcomes-framework/supporting-information/further-info

Data from before 2015/16 are based on a different method of calculating this indicator, therefore are not comparable to the more recent years.
