Through the Department’s Access for All programme, which provides accessible routes at stations, Network Rail engages with local disability groups to ensure that designs meet the needs of all passengers.

We are also currently reviewing the Disabled Persons Railcard criteria with a view to making it available to more disabled people including those with non-visible disabilities.
