Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he plans to restrict people working within other people's homes during the period of the covid-19 lockdown announced in January 2021.

The regulations and the Government’s published guidance make clear that, where it is necessary to work in other people’s homes people can do so. Otherwise, individuals should avoid meeting for work in a private home or garden, where COVID-19 secure measures may not be in place.
