The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has already secured additional flexibility to retain income at Autumn Budget to deliver across our agenda, including EU exit. Departmental allocations for 2019-20 will be agreed later in 2018, as requirements will be affected by progress in negotiations with the EU.
