Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what guidance he has issued to Dorset Councils under the provisions of Section 3(5)(b) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 on what a proposal for single tier local government in Dorset should seek to achieve and the matters to be taken into account.

No guidance has been issued to Dorset Councils under the provisions of section 3(5)(b) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007.
