Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of employment tribunal claims were accepted each year between 2010 and 2022.

The proportion of Employment Tribunal claims accepted for period January 2010 to September 2022 are outlined in the below table.
