Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 6 March to Question 130076, whether her Department collects data on lost data, personal documents and application forms.
The Home Office does collect information on lost data, personal documents and applications forms. However, this information is held on internal systems. Only information relating to numbers of personal data related incidents is published as part of the HO Annual Report and Accounts.
