Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, with reference to page 17 Early Years Workforce Strategy, published by his Department in March 2017, whether the feasibility study into developing a programme that specifically seeks to grow the graduate workforce in disadvantaged areas has been completed; and if he will place a copy of that study in the Library.

The department is considering a range of approaches to supporting graduates in the early years workforce – including the training routes available. This work is still underway.
