Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many open cases were transferred to the third party service provider HML when that company's contract started July 2017.
This question was answered on 27th February 2018
The Ministry of Justice does not have any contractual relationship with the third-party service provider HML and no cases have been transferred.
