To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, when she intends to publish the guidance for businesses on compliance with s21 of the Employment Rights Act 2025.

Clear guidance for employers on Section 21 (harassment by third parties) of the Employment Rights Act is planned to be published in advance of the new legislation coming into force in October 2026. This will ensure that employers are fully supported in complying with the changes.
