Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what the reason is for the difference in the repayment thresholds for Plan 1 and Plan 2 loan schemes.

Plan 1 and Plan 2 income contingent repayment student loans are separate loan products with different terms and conditions, including different interest rates, repayment thresholds and write-off periods.
