Ministers and officials across the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy discuss and consider a wide range of business issues on a regular basis and with many business and employee representative stakeholders.

This Government is clear that employers must take their employment law responsibilities seriously and cannot simply opt out of them. Any worker who believes that they are being treated unfairly should contact the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas) helpline on 0300 123 1100 for guidance.
