Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what recent discussions he has had with members of the United States Congress on potential amendments to that country’s Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act; and if he will make a statement.

I have discussed the Iran nuclear deal with members of Congress by phone and during my visit to the US in November, stressing its vital importance for UK and regional security. I will continue to make clear our commitment to the deal to our US counterparts.
