Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, how many non-UK EU nationals started employment in his Department since 23 June 2016.
This question was answered on 19th December 2017
The Department collects national identity data from its employees on a voluntary basis. Where staff self-describe their national identity as 'other' there is no requirement to provide further detail or evidence of their nationality. As such we are unable to accurately determine the number of non-UK EU nationals that have started in the Department in the time since 23 June 2016.
