Private Rented Housing: Rents

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, if he will make an assessment of the potential impact of the Growth Plan 2022, published on 23 September 2022, CP 743, on rent increases in the private rented sector.

The Department continues to monitor private rented sector market data, including the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Index of Private Housing Rental Prices.
