Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what Government policy is on EU citizens voting in local elections in the UK.

EU citizens can vote in local elections in the UK.The Government was clear from the start of withdrawal negotiations that EU citizens in the UK and UK citizens in the EU should have their voting and candidacy rights protected.
