Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the answer of 30 November 2017 to Question 115246 on Mental Health Services: Children and Young People, if he will publish the letter sent by NHS England Directors on 27 February 2017 to CCGS and Trusts on using their budgets for the purposes intended.
