Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the cost of litigation has been to Care Commissioning Groups regarding procurement and commissioning decisions in each of the last five years.

NHS England has advised that under the terms of settlements agreed that parties are entitled to disclose only that an agreed resolution on the litigation has been reached and that these figures are confidential between the settling parties.
