Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent estimate he has made of the number of social care staff in Birmingham who have been dismissed following the introduction of the covid-19 vaccine mandate.
This question was answered on 21st April 2022
No specific estimate has been made as data on the reasons for staff exit are not collected. Following a public consultation, regulations were laid to revoke vaccination as a condition of deployment, which came into force on 15 March 2022.
