Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 20 November 2017 to Question 113349, on construction: billing, when he plans to publish the results of the consultations on payment practices within the construction sector.

The deadline for responses to both construction payment consultations is Friday 19 January 2018. Consultation outcomes will be published within 12 weeks of the close of the consultations or an explanation if this is not possible.
