Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education how many applications have been made for education, health and care plans to (a) local authorities and (b) Lancashire County Council.

The number of children and young people assessed and a decision taken whether or not to issue an education, health and care plan, by local council, are available on the department’s website.
