Electric Vehicles: Charging Points

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, if he will make an assessment of the demand for inclusion of electric vehicle charging points in council-owned homes with garages (a) now and (b) in the future.

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities does not collect this data. The Department for Transport regularly publishes monthly and quarterly electric vehicle charging infrastructure statistics. These are available here.
