To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the average waiting time is for a British Citizenship application to be processed; and how many applicants have been waiting over a year for their application be processed, as of November 2020.

The most recent published data on citizenship applications (August 2020) shows that of those Straightforward Applications received, the percentage completed within the Service Standard of six months was 99.3%.
