Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what representations his Department has received on payments being (a) requested and (b) made for the submission to a doctor, GP or consultant of a death certificate for signature; and if he will make a statement.

The Department has not received any representations on payments being requested and made for the submission to a doctor, general practitioner or consultant of a death certificate for signature.
