The Financial Conduct Authority is reviewing the treatment by Royal Bank of Scotland of small and medium-sized enterprise customers referred to the bank’s Global Restructuring Group. The Financial Conduct Authority is the regulator responsible for the conduct supervision of all regulated financial firms and is best-placed to investigate these matters.
