Doctors: Death Certificates

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how much a (a) doctors, (b) general practitioners and (c) consultants were paid to sign death certificates in each year since 2010.

A doctor, general practitioner and consultant are not paid to sign a death certificate.
There is no charge for signing a death certificate.
