Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, if he will take steps to ensure that neonatal deaths and still births are recorded on the medical notes of fathers.

Currently there are no steps being taken to record neonatal deaths and still births on the medical notes of fathers.
