Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the average occupancy rate was for acute psychiatric inpatient beds in England in each year from 2012-13 to 2016-17.

Official statistics for occupancy rates for acute psychiatric inpatient beds are published quarterly through the KH03 bed availability and occupancy collection. The national time series for occupancy rates since 2010/11 is published here:
