Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what estimate he has made of the number and proportion of (a) privately-rented, (b) social and (c) owner-occupied homes in England which had at least one working smoke alarm in each of the last three years.
Each year, the Department’s English Housing Survey collects and publishes information about whether homes have working smoke alarms.
