Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many reports of incorrect universal credit awards investigated by HM Revenue and Customs and his Department Jointly Managed Engagement Team have been found attributable to Real Time Information data.

We do not hold data relating to the number of cases where incorrect RTI data was found to result in an incorrect Universal Credit award.
