My department reports on the number of major decisions overturned at appeal by local planning authorities in England in planning statistics Live Table P152, using data provided by the Planning Inspectorate.

The latest version of this table was published on 10 August 2017 as experimental statistics to enable councils to validate the information held.

Live Table P152 can be viewed at the following link: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistical-data-sets/live-tables-on-planning-application-statistics.
