Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 20 September 2017 to Question 9205, on the Grenfell Tower inquiry, how he plans to report the findings from the exercise described in that Answer.

As the Secretary of State announced at the National Housing Federation Conference on 19 September, we will bring forward a Green Paper on social housing in England.

The Green Paper will be a wide-ranging review of the issues facing the sector and the most substantial report of its kind for a generation.

The Housing Minister’s engagement with social housing tenants over the coming months will feed into the scope and content of the Green Paper.
