Victoria Tower Gardens is a secure, gated park, which closes at night. The building will require physical security measures associated with public buildings in Westminster. DCLG is working with a specialist security consultant and is in regular contact with the Metropolitan Police, and the appropriate Government and Parliamentary authorities.
