Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether she plans to bring forward legislative proposals to repeal the Hunting Act 2004 in this parliamentary Session.
This question was answered on 9th June 2015
The Government has said that it will give Parliament the opportunity to repeal the Hunting Act on a free vote, with a government bill in government time.
